OVERVIEW

Situated only a half mile from Knoebels Amusement Resort, along the beautiful south branch of Roaring Creek. Coaster Creek Chalet offers spacious and serene accommodations to make special memories for your Knoebels vacation.


  • Three (3) Bedrooms, with sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people. 
  • Ideally suited for 1-2 family units  (4-6 adults plus children).
  • Creekside Deck and a dining table for 6.
  • Fire Pit & Wood - first bundle of fire wood and kindling included.
  • Onsite Washer & Dryer.  
  • Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan & Baseboard Heat ( if needed ).
  • Fire TV and BlueRay/DVD player, with a selection of movies, books and board games.
  • Fully equipped kitchen including: Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Keurig & Large Coffee Pot, Toaster Oven, Crock Pot and all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware you will need to cook mostly any meal.
  • 2 Designated Parking Spots.  Additional vehicles would require approval prior to arrival.


***Toiletries, linens, and bath towels are NOT provided. They can be provided for a $75 fee. If linens are not requested/paid, you are required to bring your own linens ( bath towels, bed sheets, pillow cases ).

    Additional Information

    50% Down Payment

    A down payment (50% or more of total) with a signed copy of the rental agreement is due within 7 days of verbal booking.  Cash, Personal Check, Money Order or Venmo accepted.


    $150 Cleaning Fee

    The cleaning fee is part of the reservation total and is not returned to guests at the end of the reservation. It's a one-time fee, and we follow the vigorous 5-step enhanced cleaning process.


    $200 Security Deposit

    Deposit refunded within 7 days, after inspection of property and provided everything is in good condition. 


    Cancelation Policy

    100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

    50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

    No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
